Recharge Physiotherapy + Performance

A marketing campaign developed during my role as Patient Experience Manager.

Campaign Timeline

April to July 2026

Primary audience

My contribution

Building a community that loves to move.

The concept.

Imagine a physiotherapy clinic where movement feels approachable, expert advice is easy to understand, and trying something new feels exciting. Through welcoming experiences, accessible education, and meaningful connections, Recharge becomes more than a clinic. It becomes a community.

Campaign Goals

  1. Strengthen Recharge’s digital identity and patient experience
  2. Make expert care approachable
  3. Foster relationships with athletes, clinicians, and the wider community
  4. Increase local brand awareness through education, events, and engagement
  5. Convert awareness into patient acquisition and retention

Refresh our digital front door

I transformed Recharge’s Instagram into a clearer, more welcoming digital front door, making it easier for patients to understand the clinic, trust the team, and know what to expect before they ever walk in.

Execution
  • Revamped Instagram highlights to create a clear patient journey
  • Showcased services in a simple, easy-to-understand way
  • Answered frequently asked questions before they’re asked
  • Shared educational posts that make expert advice approachable

Community Outreach

I developed a small-group strength and performance offering designed to make expert coaching more accessible, create a lower-barrier entry point to the clinic, and build stronger connections with local teams, clubs, and community groups.

Execution
  • Built the session offering from the ground up, including format, pricing, and introductory incentives
  • Created clear promotional materials that made the sessions easy to understand and easy to book
  • Developed social content to introduce the offering and show what participants could expect
  • Reached out directly to local teams, clubs, and community groups to build awareness and partnerships
  • Introduced a discounted first-session offer to reduce the barrier to trying the clinic
  • Positioned the sessions as both a community experience and an introduction to Recharge’s strength and performance services

Sharing knowledge beyond the clinic

I helped turn Recharge’s expertise into educational workshops and seminars that gave practitioners, coaches, and fitness communities practical learning opportunities while building stronger local connections.

Execution
  • Created promotional materials with clear workshop details and registration info
  • Built targeted outreach lists of practitioners, coaches, gyms, and studios
  • Wrote and sent personalized emails and DMs to relevant community contacts
  • Used educational social content to introduce topics and build interest
  • Supported registration, communication, and event coordination
  • Organized follow-up practice sessions to continue learning beyond the workshop
