It all started in hospitality.
I spent years learning how to read a room, anticipate what people need, and create an experience they want to come back to. Marketing felt like a natural next step, just with a bigger canvas.
The job changed.
The instinct didn't.
Years in hospitality taught me to anticipate what someone needs, communicate with very different personalities, notice small details, and understand what makes an experience memorable.
Those instincts now influence how I approach brand voice, social media, content, photography, campaigns, community building and customer experience.
